Spacious and luxurious, Villa Joy has six en suite bedrooms, one being suitable for staff, and a stunning view of Marigot Bay. A deck that runs the length of the house features an extra-long heated infinity pool. The nine-seat theater, gym (complete with sauna), a guest bath and two en suite bedrooms are lobby level, and there is an elevator. An open, expansive air-conditioned living area includes a comfortable conversation space and a designer kitchen. The master bedroom is off the living area and opens to the pool deck and the view. Two separate bedroom bungalows are positioned to leverage the view; one has two bedrooms, and the other has one. Two additional en suite bedrooms are on the lower level of the main house. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed and is suitable for staff.
